Shipping Policy

At Fioo Finds, we work hard to get your new home favorites to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Expedited Shipping

We may be able to accommodate expedited delivery on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at fioofinds@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm availability, estimated delivery time, and any additional fees. We'll do our best to meet your timeline.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  3. Contact us at fioofinds@gmail.com if the package still hasn't arrived

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fioofinds@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Large or Heavy Items

Some furniture and home goods items may require freight shipping. If your order requires freight delivery, we'll contact you with details and scheduling information before shipping.
