Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please email us at fioofinds@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been shipped.

How do I know my order went through?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at fioofinds@gmail.com.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after processing. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We hope to expand internationally in the future!


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at fioofinds@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Are your product photos accurate?

We do our best to represent products accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items are restocked regularly, while others are one-time finds. Sign up for our email list or check back often — you don't want to miss out!
