At Fioo Finds, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
No-Questions-Asked Returns
We accept returns on all items within 14 days of the delivery date. No reason required. To be eligible, a return request must be submitted within this window — requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
To start a return, please submit a return request directly through your account on our website.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are also the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request directly through your account within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has a tracking number and has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be recalled or intercepted. In this case, please wait to receive the package and then submit a return request through your account.
Product Quality Issues
If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please submit a return request through your account and include:
- Clear photos of the defect
- A description of the issue
We will review your submission and follow up with a resolution.
Damaged During Shipping
If your item was damaged in transit, please:
- Take photos immediately upon receiving the package, including the packaging and the damaged item.
- Email us at fioofinds@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, plus any additional time your bank may require.
The 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total before it is issued.
